I agree with Candes, none of teen girls seem embarrassed in the least - actually appear to be enjoying the attention. One way or another (ritual or punishment) - they need to institute it in my town.

It has NOTHING to do with stealing though. Look at how the girls are smiling and laughing. It is some kind of ritual (juju) with an oath taking ceremony. Funny how ignorant ppl write up these silly explanations!
