Liar. They're Latin American, and the story on literally every other upload I've seen of this - including multiple times on this same site - is that he's her stepfather. I actually call bullshit on that, I think they're a couple, the mother is just posing for pics with them. But it's certainly not the bullshit you're peddling, and they're clearly not Muslims.
