i have this same video with better quality & non-cut, the girl is really drunk.. but the guy is a moron, he was doing ok by chatting with the other girl, but he should had not grope her YET, he should had go with them little longer, when they were in a car THEN grope her all u want, the other girl noticed what he was doing and ran with her friend
